These terms govern your use of the Glacier Clean Energy Ltd website and the purchase of our services. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are indicative starting prices and are confirmed in a written quote after a free survey. Final pricing depends on site conditions, specification and any extras, which are quoted separately and never charged without your agreement.

Payments and deposits

• Survey deposits are taken to secure a slot and are refundable against your order if you proceed.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Adfin); we do not store card details.
• A 14-day cooling-off period applies to consumer orders, and a full refund is given if a survey shows an install isn't viable.

Bookings

Booking slots are held for a limited time pending payment. We will confirm survey and installation dates with you directly; real installation timing depends on parts lead time, scaffolding and (where needed) DNO approval.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties apply as described on the relevant service page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
